  3. Start flashing.
  4. When flashing is done, do not connect the phone to Wi-Fi.
  5. Go to Settings → Enable OEM Unlock → Enable USB Debugging.
  6. Connect the phone to your PC normally.
  7. If prompted, allow USB Debugging on the phone.

👉 Note: During this step, NVRAM and NVDATA are automatically backed up to the CM2 download folder. Copy these files to the Step 2 folder for later use.

Step 2: Fastboot Commands (CMD)

  1. Extract the Step 2 file.
  2. Inside the folder, open cmd-here.exe.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • If your phone doesn’t make an auto backup, you may need to repair IMEI manually.
  • These files are not allowed for use in Indonesia (according to the official warning). Proceed at your own risk.
  • Always double-check your device model before flashing.

✅ That’s it! Once you complete all the steps, your Infinix phone should boot up normally.
