How to Use the Tool

This tool is very user-friendly. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Changing Boot Logo (Root Needed)

If you want to change the startup logo on a rooted device:

1. Connect your phone to PC via USB.
2. Open the tool and go to "Up Param Changer" tab.
3. Click "Extract (Root)". Check your phone screen and grant Root permission.
4. Go to the folder where the tool is installed. You will see a patched folder.
5. Put your custom images (logo.jpg, etc.) inside this folder.
6. Click "Fix Image Sizes" in the tool.
7. Finally, click "Flash to Device". The phone will reboot with your new logo!

2. Modifying Firmware

If you have a Samsung Flash File (AP_xxxxx.tar.md5):

1. Go to "Firmware Utils" tab.
2. Click "Extract AP.tar" and select your file.
3. If you find .lz4 files inside, use the "Decompress LZ4" button.
4. After making changes, click "Repack MD5" to make a flashable file again.

3. Removing Bloatware

1. Enable USB Debugging on your Samsung phone.
2. Go to "Bloatware Manager" tab.
3. Click "Scan Device". It will show a list of useless apps.
4. Select the apps you want to remove.
5. Click "Uninstall Selected". Done!

Important Note

• For "Extract from Device" and "Flash", your phone MUST be Rooted.
• If your phone is not rooted, use the "Select Local File" option to modify a stock firmware file first.
• Always enable USB Debugging before connecting.
