Redmi 12 (Fire) – Fix “No Service” Issue (Working 100%)
This problem is very common on the Redmi 12 Fire. Sometimes the phone comes in with No Service, and even DFT Pro fails to repair it. When that happens, this method usually works. I’ve used it on multiple devices in the shop, and the result has been stable.
Below are the steps I follow.
1. Flash ENG ROM
First, you need to flash an ENG ROM on the device.
- Load the ENG firmware
- Select Format + Download
- Start flashing
This clears the corrupted network data and prepares the phone for repair.
2. Open AndroidWinTool
Next, use AndroidWinTool.
Right now, the tool is free and works without any activation.
Important Note:
You must follow this procedure carefully.
Any mistake can cause data loss or other issues.
Do this only if you understand the risk.
3. Go to Xiaomi Settings Inside the Tool
After opening the tool:
- Go to XIAOMI
- Select XIAOMI CPID
This is where the IMEI repair section is located.
4. Repair the IMEI
Now enter the IMEI number.
- Type the IMEI
- Click Start Repair IMEI
- Wait for the success message
Once it confirms, close the tool.
5. Flash the Official ROM
Finally, put the phone in Fastboot Mode and flash the official stock ROM:
fire_global_images_V14.0.12.0.TMXMIXM_13.0
This brings the device back to the original system and restores the network.
Final Result
After all these steps, the Redmi 12 Fire should come back with full network service.
In most cases, signal returns immediately after the official ROM is flashed.
