Redmi A1/A1 Plus FRP and Mi Account Bypass - A Step-by-Step Guide


Step 1: Download and Extract Necessary Files

Begin by downloading and extracting the following files to your computer:

  • SP Flash tool
  • Mediatek USB Driver
  • Account bypass file
  • DA File for your device
  • Scatter File for your device

Step 2: Install MediaTek USB Driver

Step 3: Disable DAA and SLA Authentication

Using a tool like rom2box, disable DAA (Download Agent Authentication) and SLA (Secure Boot Authentication).

Step 4: Run SP Flash Tool

Launch the SP Flash Tool on your computer.

Step 5: Set Up Connection

In SP Flash Tool, go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Connection.' Configure the connection settings as per the image provided in the guide.

Step 6: Select Download Agent and Scatter File

  • Click on 'Download Agent' and locate the DA File from your account remove the file.
  • Click on 'Choose Scatter File' to locate the Scatter File from your account and remove the file. This will automatically load the required files.

Step 7: Connect Your Device

Turn off your Redmi A1/A1 Plus. Connect the device to your computer while pressing both the volume up and down keys simultaneously.

Step 8: Format Flash

In SP Flash Tool, select the 'Format' menu and choose 'Manual Format Flash.'

  • Input the addresses according to your needs:
    • MI Account Lock: 0x2f800000 to 0x3000000
    • FRP (Google Account) Lock: 0x24408000 to 0x100000
    • Userdata (Reset) Lock: 0x134000000 to 0xc0000000

Step 9: Start the Process

Once you've configured the addresses, click on 'START' to begin the process.

Step 10: Complete the Download

After the formatting process is complete, go back to the 'Download' tab in SP Flash Tool. Select 'Download Only' from the drop-down menu and click 'Download.' You will see a yellow progress bar indicating the process. 

Step 11: Disconnect and Switch On

Once the process is finished, disconnect your device from the computer and switch it on. Your Redmi A1/A1 Plus should now be free from the Mi account and Google FRP locks.
