🔧 Fix IMEI 0 on Realme 9 Pro 5G (RMX3472) – Step-by-Step Guide [Android 13]

If you're seeing IMEI 0 on your Realme 9 Pro 5G (model RMX3472), don’t panic — this issue is common after flashing or unlocking, and can be fixed.

In this guide, I’ll show you how I fixed a phone in my own shop using simple tools and clear steps. You don’t need a box — just a PC, a cable, and free tools like CF-Tools.

🧑‍🔧 My Repair Case

A customer came to me with their Realme 9 Pro 5G, which had no IMEI and couldn’t make calls or connect to mobile data.

They had tried to root and flash the phone, and ended up with IMEI 0/Unknown. I followed the method below using CF-Tools and within 20 minutes, the IMEI was back, and the phone was working normally again.

🔹 Q2: What is a QCN file?

A QCN (Qualcomm Calibration Network) file stores IMEI and network calibration data for Qualcomm devices.
