Realace Mobile Service Flasher Review 2026

Today I tested a small open source flashing tool called Realace Mobile Service Flasher and honestly this tool surprised me a lot. The tool is made for flashing Xiaomi phones in Fastboot mode and in my testing it worked very smoothly on my Redmi Note 7 device.

From the first look the software is very simple. No heavy setup, no complicated options and no confusing tabs. Everything is clean and easy to understand even for beginners.

What is Realace Mobile Service Flasher?

Realace Mobile Service Flasher is a portable flashing program specially made for Xiaomi and Redmi devices. The tool uses Fastboot mode to flash firmware files into the device.

The interesting thing is I tested it on a locked bootloader phone also. In my case I only enabled OEM Unlock from Developer Options and USB Debugging mode. I did not fully unlock bootloader manually.

After some basic setup the flashing process worked properly.

Big respect to the developer because many free tools today are fake or broken, but this one actually worked in my testing.

My Personal Experience

I flashed my Redmi Note 7 using Fastboot ROM and the process was very easy. After loading the firmware BAT file, the tool automatically detected all partitions and started flashing one by one.

The flashing speed was also good. The complete process finished in only few clicks.

One thing I liked is that the tool shows every flashing partition clearly on screen. So you can understand what is happening during the process.

How To Use Realace Mobile Service Flasher

Step 1: Download The Tool

I downloaded the tool from this file:

Download RealaceFlasher.rar

While downloading, MediaFire showed malware warning for me. So please use carefully. I am not recommending you disable antivirus. Use at your own risk.

No password is required for extraction.

Step 2: Extract The Program

Extract the RAR file on desktop or any folder.

After extraction run:

RealaceFlasher.exe

Always run it as Administrator.

Step 3: Download Correct Fastboot Firmware

This is the most important step.

Many users download Recovery ROM by mistake and then tool does not work.

This tool only works with Fastboot ROM.

I downloaded my firmware from:

MiFirm Firmware Collection

This website contains both Recovery ROM and Fastboot ROM collections. Carefully download the Fastboot version only.

Step 4: Load BAT File

After extracting Fastboot ROM, open the firmware folder.

Inside you will see many files and folders.

You need to select the BAT file. In my case I selected:

flash_all.bat

Do not select wrong BAT file from outside folders.

Step 5: Boot Mobile Into Fastboot Mode

Fastboot mode is very easy.

• Power off your phone
• Wait few seconds
• Press Volume Down + Power button together
• Release buttons when Fastboot logo appears

After connecting phone to PC, the tool should detect device automatically.

Step 6: Start Flashing

Once firmware is loaded, the program shows all partitions inside the tool window.

Simply click:

Start Flash

Now wait until flashing process finishes.

In my testing the phone flashed successfully without issue.

Things You Should Know

This tool is only for flashing firmware and recovering devices.

In my testing it did NOT remove:

• Mi Account
• FRP Lock
• Xiaomi Account
• Security lock

So do not expect bypass features from this tool.

My Final Review

Personally I will give this tool 7/10 stars because it actually worked on my device and flashing process was smooth.

But one thing which worried me was the malware warning shown during download. Because of that I suggest everyone use carefully and test on their own responsibility.

Still, for a free open source Xiaomi Fastboot flashing tool, this program looks useful.
