Hello friends, today I am sharing my full review about a new mobile servicing software called Star Pro Tool (SPT). After checking this tool, talking with users, reading Telegram group messages, and testing the account system, I personally feel this project looks very suspicious right now.

I am not saying every feature is 100% fake because some users said some operations worked on limited models. But many things are creating confusion for users, especially the activation process, server balance issue, and missing support from the developer side. this is a real tested fro last 2 days and make an complete article on it.

What is Star Pro Tool?

Star Pro Tool is a Windows software that claims to support MediaTek and Qualcomm devices. According to their website, the tool can perform FRP reset, userdata format, authentication, and some other servicing operations. Ensure this is supported only realme models which come with a Qualcomm and MediaTek chipset.

The software works with a credit balance system. This means users need approved accounts and credits before using operations inside the tool.

How to Download Star Pro Tool?

According to the official website process, downloading the tool is very simple.

1. Visit the official website https://starprotool.in/.
2. On the right side panel you can see the download button.
3. Click on download and the ZIP file starts downloading instantly.
4. Extract the downloaded files on desktop.
5. Open the folder and run SPT.exe.

After opening the software, the login panel appears on the right side.

Account Creation Process

To use the software, users first need to create an account from the website.

1. Open the website https://starprotool.in/.
2. Click on the “Get Started” button.
3. Fill username and password.
4. Email is optional and no verification process is required.
5. Any simple password with 6 characters is accepted.

After creating the account, the website shows a message saying:

“Please wait for admin activation before logging in.”

This is where my problem started.

No Activation Response From Developer

I contacted the owner for activation but there was no reply even after 2 days. I also checked Telegram messages and many other users were already waiting for account approval. it's very bad response system i will totally dispointed with this contact service.

Some users said they already paid money for credits but still could not use the tool properly. mean credit balance already an account but when executing any operation it is showing no credit balance on your account.

This creates a very bad first impression because users cannot even test the software after registration.

Users Complaining About Credit Balance Issue

While checking the Telegram group, I found many complaints related to credit balance errors.

Some users shared screenshots showing:

• Credits already added in account
• Operation failed message
• Insufficient balance error
• Authentication problem

One user also shared that customer devices were waiting but operations failed because the server was not working correctly.

Tool Working Process

According to some users, this tool is fully server side based. It reportedly connects with official authentication servers for some operations.

The software detects MediaTek devices properly in some cases.

In another screenshot, the operation completed successfully and credits were deducted after FRP formatting.

Because of this, I cannot call the software completely fake without testing every supported model. But there are still many red flags.

• Some operations showing insufficient balance errors

Possible Reason Behind Complaints

Some experienced users explained that the tool may only work on limited supported models daily because of token or server limits.

According to them:

• Some devices work successfully
• Some operations fail randomly
• Credits may still get deducted
• Authentication depends on server availability

If this information is true, then users are paying for operations without guaranteed success. This is the biggest risk.

• Pay per operation system
• Reseller program

My Personal Opinion

Right now I do not recommend buying large credits in this tool without proper testing. If you still want to try it, first test with very small balance only.

The biggest issue is trust. When users are not getting activation replies and many are reporting balance problems, new users should stay careful.

Maybe the developer will fix these issues in future updates. But currently there are too many complaints and not enough transparency. and like this tool not working lifelong because my opinion realme fixed server loophole and this program is stopped to working.

Final Verdict

Star Pro Tool currently looks risky for normal users and mobile technicians. Some operations may work, but many users are already facing account approval delays, insufficient balance errors, and server-side problems.

If you are planning to use this software, do proper research first and avoid investing big amounts until the system becomes more stable and trusted. and in future always ask first for testing credit balance and always check your model many tool in market that free of cost operation doing.
