How to Fix Network Problems on Redmi Note 11E R Light with DFT
If you have a Redmi Note 11E R Light phone that has network issues, such as no service, emergency calls only, or NV data corrupted, you can try to fix it using the DFT tool and a custom ROM. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to repair the network and restore the IMEI on your phone.
Requirements
Before you start, you will need the following:
- A Redmi Note 11E R Light phone with an unlocked bootloader
- A USB cable and a PC
- The DFT tool, which you can download from [here](^1^)
- The ROM 13.0.6 for Redmi Note 11E R Light, which you can download from [here](^2^)
- The md1img_a file from the ROM 13.0.6, which you can extract using a zip tool
Steps
Follow these steps carefully to fix the network problems on your phone:
1. Flash the phone with ROM 13.0.6 using a flash tool of your choice. This ROM solves the problem of languages and weak WIFI on your phone.
2. Open the DFT interface on your PC and connect your phone via USB. Make sure the phone is detected by the tool.
3. On the DFT interface, do the steps in order: Remove Patch, Wipe NVRAM, and Enable Meta mode. Wait for the process to finish.
4. Select the IMEI option and write your original IMEI via Meta mode. You can find your IMEI on the back of your phone or on the box. After writing the IMEI, notice that the phone has entered recovery mode with an error nv data is corrupted. This is normal and expected.
5. Go back to the DFT interface and do the steps in order: Repair Network and Patch Certificate. Wait for the process to finish.
6. The phone will reboot and turn on with IMEI, but no network. This is also normal and expected.
7. On the DFT interface, select the NVRAM Backup option and backup your NVRAM to your PC. You will need this file later.
8. Put the phone into fastboot mode by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons together. Connect the phone to the PC via USB.
9. On the DFT interface, select the Fastboot option and flash the md1img_a file from the same ROM 13.0.6 that you used earlier. Wait for the process to finish.
10. The phone will reboot and take off with emergency calls only. But you will notice the disappearance of the IMEI. This is the final step before the network is fixed.
11. Put the phone into Meta mode again by pressing and holding the power and volume up buttons together. Connect the phone to the PC via USB.
12. On the DFT interface, select the NVRAM Restore option and restore your NVRAM from the backup file that you made earlier. Wait for the process to finish.
13. The phone will reboot and turn on with IMEI and network. Congratulations, you have successfully fixed the network problems on your Redmi Note 11E R Light phone with DFT!
